Shipping Policy

Processing takes 1-3 days and our shipping takes 3-7 days.

Any discrepancies that occur from the time the package is sent is not the responsibility of Ouéd Collections. Our shipping carrier is USPS so if your package is stated as delivered on your tracking details and you can not locate it then you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
